We want you to be 100% happy with your order. However if for any reason you are not happy, you have up to 21 days from the time the purchase was made to return the item/s purchased. Please contact us via email at email@example.com to notify us of your desire to return your item/s.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If any item/s not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item/s. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
